Van Gansewinkel Groep participated in the Battle of Waterloo

Van Gansewinkel Groep participated in the reconstruction of the Battle of Waterloo in Belgium.  The re-enactment of the battle between the Napoleonic army and coalition troops takes place around the village of Waterloo near Brussels every year. 

This year, the reconstruction was attended by more  than 3 000 troops, including 250 cavalry and more than 120 soldiers from the Czech Republic. The role of commanding officer Aide de Camp on the staff of Napoleon was played by our CEO of Van Gansewinkel Czech Republic Pavel Ivanyi.
